TERMS & CONDITIONS

We only take minimum 2 night bookings. A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay is required which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and/or non-arrival. In addition a further charge equivalent to the cost for each night we are unable to re-let the room over the reserved period will be made. It is recommended that guests take out insurance to cover any loss incurred. For late bookings and where no deposit has been received we reserve the right to re-let the room after 16-00 hours unless previously advised of a later arrival time. If we are unable to re-let the room the same cancellation and /non-arrival policy as above will apply. We are a totally non-smoking establishment and failure to comply with this request will result in guests being asked to leave immediately without recompense for non completion of their booking. If we are unable to re-let the room for the same period our cancellation policy will apply. We do not allow consumption of take-away food on the premises. Any damage caused anywhere on the premises for whatever reason must be paid for and an additional charge may be made for any future loss of business as a result. Again our cancellation policy applies for the remaining period of a booking if guests leave early because of damage problems. Highfield B&B accept no liability for any damage, injury or theft incurred within the parking area.
